Georgia Multifamily Refinance

The Veterans Multifamily project involves the refinance of an existing 48-unit Class C multifamily property in Thomaston, Georgia. Thomaston is 60 miles south of Georgia’s major cities, including Atlanta, Macon, and Columbus. 25% of the units have working conditioners, interior laminated flooring, kitchen fixtures, and water heaters.

The borrower intends to use the rehab funds to renovate the roof, gutters, and the remaining apartment units.
